Piece of seat. (part ii)

Jumping the gun a little with just trying to bodge the scooter seat unit to fit. So I started again.



Used masking tape and card to make a level base to the frame rails.

Then used the rear part of the scooter seat unit. I also had to raise the centre a touch to allow for wheel clearance. Taped it all up.

Covered it in ali-foil tape. The fiberglass does not stick to this so the end product can be removed with ease (he says!!??).

Then fiberglassed it. The night was starting to get on when I finished check it tomorrow may need more layers yet to give it strength.
